How could I enable 2 viewers at different locations to view a presentation at
the sametime via internet?

If all you need is to view it, simply post the file on a web site and send
them the link.

I need to clarify that I want the viewers to see the show being run by
another person during a teleconference.

NetMeeting should help a bit here. You can start the presentation on one
system and use NetMeeting to show it at other end of internet.
