Online Support Problem

Would someone from Microsoft please contact me directly? I am a couple of
users having a problem with Word 2003. I tried to start a support incident
on Microsoft's web site, but it is not accepting the product ID.

Hi Bryan,

The peer-to-peer newsgroups are not supported by Microsoft. They
supply a web interface on their site to access the newsgroups but they
are part of NNTP - not the Microsoft web site.

Now if you are having problems you may want to try posting the
problems here first - we might be able to help you out. :)
