I have Office 2003 with Proofing Tools installed. Until 6 months ago, they
worked fine. I now find that when I want to find the translation of a word
(Heb-Eng, Eng-Heb) using the Research pane, instead of looking it up locally,
Office wants to look it up online though Translation services. These are
often unavailable, whether or not I am on the internet. Repairing my Office
installation restores access to the local dictionaries, but sooner or later
the problem resurfaces. I have to repair Office intallation once or twice a
week.
What setting is changing, and how to I access it?
