All but Word will not open, all freeze on the coloured beach ball and 'not responding' comes up. Force Quit. I reloaded the Office loads of times from my external drive, but no change. My sister's original disc was lost by her daughter, so far her copy works ok but we have no disc to reload, but mine has started to not function. I only have word left and for the rest I have found using NeoOffice most reliable. Why should my Mac suddenly not open 3 of 4 apps after abt 6 months of working fine? I repaired disk permissions, still no change, then the disk permissions got damaged, I replaced if off the Tiger disc. All fine, but no change on opening anything but word.
