Only one user can;t access a resource.

Good morning,

I have a problem were I have a meeting room that is setup as a resource and
every thing is working great. The only problem is that only one user can't
book or access that meeting room. I tried to do every thing but it still
doesn't work this happens on every computer she used to access that
resource.



Does any one have any idea? Or can point me in some direction?
