No matter how many slides are in a presentation, or how many I select, it
will only print the last page of the selection. Primarily I'm trying to print
off handouts and it will not go past page 1 when printing. Any advice? I'm
running it w/ a Lexmark 2500 printer and have updated the printer driver and
installed the service pack for Powerpoint
