Only "send/recieve" sends

Hello everybody,

A user of mine is having a problem with outlook 2003. When
he sends an email, it goes into his outbox, and the only
way to send it is to hit the "send/recieve" button. I
believe he has the same problem with recieving messages as
well. I don't see how outlook should be doing this,
because his computer is constantly connected to the
internet. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Harb,
Just because he is constantly connected to the internet,
does not mean it is set to automatically send/receive. I
think the default setting is 5 minutes. Go to Tools,
click options then choose the Mail Setup tab. Check the
box for "Send immediately when connected." That should do
the trick.
