Only sending < in messages no other text shows up

Hello,
We have about 100 people using an exchange server with Office Outlook. One
of the users today has had a problem sending email. Whatever they send all
that is received it a “<â€. The subject line of the email is readable but the
body only contains the < sign. When using it as web mail however it seems to
work fine. We have reinstalled, and updated it with no results. We have tried
a new user on that PC and it seems to work fine. If anyone has any ideas I
would love to hear them

The new user that works okay would be getting a new mail profile. What
if you login under the problematic user and create a new mail profile
and use that one?

Good idea, when we got her to log into a different computer she did not have
the problem so it apears to be only on her account on that pc
