Only show abbreviated names of recipients of mail I am sending

When sending e.mails, I only want the "display name" to appear as receipient,
however it prints the "display name" plus the full email address!

That behavior was at user request in Outlook 2003.
You failed to mention your version.
Just change the Display As field.
