Only show detail if more than 3 companies represented in the data

I am working on a database for a compensation survey. In the report we can
only show pay data if there are at least 3 organizations represented in the
pay data. Is there a way to program the report to automatically supress/hide
the lines of pay information if there are not 3 organizations that supplied
the information?
