Only the first page uploads

Hi There,

I posted earlier, but I don't see my post anywhere.

I'm using godaddy as my host. I've uploaded my pages to their server, but
only the first page shows up. I called the tech support and they told me that
the other pages aren't linked proprly. When I go over them with the mouse,
the link shows as index_file/Page352.html. When I click on the page link, I
get "Page not found."

Please hekp!

It sounds like you did not upload all the html output. Assuming that you use
Pub 2003 at its default settings, then when you Publish to the Web, an
index.htm file (your home page) and an index_files folder is produced. The
index_files folder is where your other pages and supporting graphics and
images are contained. Upload the index_files folder and you should be good
to go. If that doesn't work, post the URL of your site.

I am having the same problem. I used the publish to web and it only shows one page and no graphics. I don't get how to publish the index_files folder. Can you explain?

Assuming that can locate the 'index_files' folder you would upload the
folder just as you did the index.htm file. You didn't say whether you are
using ftp uploading but I am assuming you are. So, I would also recommend
that you use FileZilla. Here are links to the program and several sets of
instructions on how to use FileZilla. Hopefully reading these will help you
understand how to upload the index_files folder.

Downloading and install the free FTP client FileZilla:
http://filezilla-project.org/ It is likely to be easier for you.

Read the instructions and perhaps it will become more clear how to upload
both the index.htm file and the index_files folder:
http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/documentation/

This article has some good screenshots that may help you understand how to
use FileZilla.
