Only Windows User Account are allowed (0x8C040014) message

Hi gurus!

Does anybody have any idea on why am I receiving the message in the subject
when trying to publish a project?

I found out that the Project Manager that created the project that was
generating this error message in Project Server Spooler (" Only Windows User
Account are allowed (0x8C040014)") assigned some tasks to resources that were
not in Project server. Is this the possible sourcer for the error message?

Mauricio -

I suspect that your Project Server is set to Windows Authorization only
(not mixed) and that the Project Manager has a non-Enterprise resource
in his or her resource sheet. Check each resource in the resource
sheet to see if it says "Default" in Workgroup and then check them
against the Enterprise Resource Pool. If he or she is using a local
resource, it should be sent to "None"
