OOPS!NEED TO STOP AN EMAIL REACHING SOMEONE

I sent an advisory email to a friend in trouble, not realising that it would go to her place of work. I need to recover it before it hits their server. Possible? Using outllok 2000-HELP!

Not possible on email unless you are running Exchange server.
