Oops... Restoring Outlook 2003 data

I had to send a laptop in for service. I backed up the
lots of files (good thing - they replaced the drive as
well as the mainboard...), including the Application Data
folder containing the .nk2 file, but did not export my
contacts, mail, etc to a .pst. Now, I'm unable to import
my old data. Any suggestions, or am I simply "SOL"?

Yes, all data is kept in the pst-file. If you don't have it anymore you
can't restore.
