Open a form from a combobox on the switchboard based on a field inthe subform

Hello All,

I have a switchboard on it with 4 combo boxes on it. 3 of the combo
boxes are tied to a query and then to a macro that open a form
respective to the combo box criteria. The fourth combo box is based
off the data in the subform and will not open the form properly. I do
not know VB in the least and I'm stumped after a few days of trying.

I doubt if you will find much help unless you specifically give us the names
of the fields, tables and queries.
