open a message with an attachment

Hi,

I always receive an email from my boss and when I click on it it asks for
Open or Save. I clike open and them this message comes back again asking for
SAVE. I have to do that twice in order to open his email. How can I stop this
dialogue box asking for saving twice before i open the document.


This message comes underneath the SAVE bottom.

"how can I decide what software to open"
