Open a popup form from a subform

Hi all.

I have a main form and a subform and I would like to open a 'popup' form
when the user clicks in a field in the subform.

I have created a form to display a StudyID (from the main form) and two
fields from the subform (a StageID and a Comments field).

How do I get it to populate with the correct info from the main form and the
subform?
