Open a web page in a new window

Greetings. How does one create a link on a web page that opens up another
page in a new window when clicking on it? Thank you so much. Ben

Go to hyperlink properties. Select (target frame) and then select new window.
Click OK then save the page.

Mike,

I sent you an e-mail asking you to remove the inaccurate information
concerning Spawn that you have posted on your site, but I didn't receive a
reply. I know you are using a spam intercepting software. I filled out the
information and it indicated that the message had been successfully
delivered to you.

Can you please review the information that you have presented concerning my
product and remove your criticism of my product that is based on inaccurate
information? Naturally, I welcome you posting a comparison, but that
comparison should be based upon information that accurately portrays each
product.
