We have a shared mailbox that we open up inside our own outlook (open
additional mailbox) and we take turns reading and answering emails from here.
When we are done answering an email we move the item to the deleted items
folder. If we highlight multiple emails and move them to the deleted items
folder, they all move except for one and this one ends up in our personal
deleted items and not in the mailbox that contained the original email. this
