Open and Repair feature Not Available

We just converted to MS Office 2003 and when we try and
open a specific word document we get an error message of
it being corrupt. It instructs us to use the Open and
Repair feature but I do not see one. How is it install
and where does it exists.

In the File Open dialog, select the file, then click the down arrow beside
the Open button. Open and Repair is one of the menu options.
