Open and Repair missing from Word 2003

Hi guys,

This may seem weir, but the Option to "Open and Repair" word document
seems to have disappeared from my machine..


I'm using Word 2003 (11.8237.8221) SP3

and the "arrow" next to the open which normally give me this option has
gone..


any ideas
