Open App

Is it possible to open a different Access App from within another.

If so can you exit the app and leave the runtime version open for the next
application to use?

I am wanting to give the user an option to either close the current
application, or close the current application then open a different
application from a command button.
Then if so how do you deal with what drive the application might be
on(sometimes people use scsi drives and dont stay with a natrual C:\ drive)
