Open Attachment security message

An associate inadvertently clicked 'never remind me' (or
something like that) on the Open Attachment Security
Message box. Now she doesn't get the save/cancel message
when she opens attachments. She and I both want that
Security Message re-enabled! Does anyone know how to re-
enable the message?

Q290497 has exactly what I'm talking about. Under
the "Other Attachments" section '...you are prompted to
either open the file directly, or to save it to disk.
You can turn off future prompts for that extension if you
click to clear the Always ask before opening this type of
file check box" -- I need to know how to re-enable the
future prompts! Any ideas?
