Open browser in fixed position

I'm looking for a way for my browser to open with my imaged centreed,
therefore if a user opens with a screen res of 600 x 800, the browser will
automatically centre the page.

Any ideas,

Say I have a large graphic 1400x800 and in order to view the graphic I need
the user to move the scroll bar.
I want to the browser to open with the scroll bar shifted to the centre of
my image.
