I have created a custom HTML help *.chm file and used the Help Context ID
property on my forms to open context-sensitive help for each form. The help
panel that opens when I press F1 on any form does not include the table of
contents panel.
If I create a custom menu item, how do I open the custom help file with its
table of contents showing and the deafault help topic displayed?
