OPen DB with Explorer - want to run install again

Hi There.
Deplyued several Pc's using ghost.
If I open up Access 2000 - then select the DB - No Probelm. If I use
Explorer and then try to open it - The windows installer kicks in and tried
to run the install.

Any ideas gratefully received
