Open document to display Final without showing Markup

I have document written with Track Changes turned on. After several
revisions, the document contains a lot of changes everytime I open it. In
Word 2003, can I set up that everytime I open a document, it will display as
"Final" and not "Final Showing Markup". Although I can change to it with a
couple of clicks, I rather not have to do that.
Anotherquestion is: how can I convert a document with all the accummulated
changes to become an "Original" document.
