What I need to do should be simple but I personally don’t know how to do it.
I look through other web sites and can’t find this specific item.
I have an email template on my desktop. C:\Documents and
Settings\Owner\Desktop\Were You On The Call.oft
I have an email field in a table called ApplicantsTbl, the filed name is
Email
I want to put an “on click†event in the email control that will open the
template and insert the email address in the TO field.
My email is full of pictures and is already formatted the way I want, this
is why I want to use the template.
Currently, I copy each address one at a time (do not want to use BCC field)
click on a link to the template at the top of my form. Say No the warning.
Paste the email address and hit send. I send about 150 of the same email per
day.
Also, does anyone know how to get rid of the warning? I followed the steps
for to get rid of the warning when a PDF file opens from a link and that one
is gone but now I get the same warning for the email template.
Using Access 2003 and MS Word as an email editor.
