If I open an email in Outlook 03, minimize it to work on it later, and come
back in about 30 minutes the whole top of the email window toolbar is greyed
out. The only way to be able to reply or edit the email is to close the
window and open it again. I've already tried uninstalling Office and
reinstalling it, running updates, and it still happens. I have the Office 03
SP3 installed. Any help with this would get my boss off of my back. Thanks
