Before changing my Hard drive, copied Encrypted files to another external
drive. I am not able to open or copy the files from the external drive nor
uncheck the encryption checkmark in properties.

1. Locate your the floppy containing your Default Backup Recovery Key.
2. Open Windows Help and Support and type the phrase...
"Backing up and recovering encrypted data" into the search pane.
3. Follow the detailed, step-by-step instructions.
If you do not have a floppy containing your Default Backup Recovery Key,
you are hosed.
