Open Fail error when exporting to Excel

Suddenly I'm not able to export my master project in PWA to excel. I'm
getting an "Open Failed". However, I have not made changes to profile,
options etc.

Any suggestions, please. Need to generate some reports and the extract is
not workin.

Help please.
