Open file (Not Responding)

szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

I get the above error when clicking on the down arrow to
see the available drives and directories, when trying to
open a Word file from the file open dialog box.

Seems to be the same problem in other Office applications.

Only happens on my user account.

Running Windows XP.

Are you running any antivirus programs? If so, disable the plugin in the
options of your antivirus program.
