We are running a Windows 2000 Terminal Server.
When we start word it starts normally, but when we click the open button, it
take 3-5 minutes before the dialog box appear.
If we logon as administrator, this error does not occour.
We have tried to set up a new user with administrator rights, to see if this
is due to som user rights settings, but the same error occours with this
user.
If we try to open any other application in the office serie, this error is
not present. The dialog box for open appear in a fraciton of a second.
We are using office 97
Anoyone know how to solve this problem?
