Open file - Security warning

Hello,

I have a very particular problem.
A WTS server with some users.
A OU container with a GPO redirecting the DESKTOP location.
Desktop url is //wtsserver/desktops/users
In the directory //wtsserver/desktops/users i placed links (.lnk) files to
applications in c:\program files\.....
When users start the applications from their desktops by klicking the links
(.lnk) they get a Open file - Security warning.

Am I right or overseeing something ???
