Open file with command button

Hi

I'm trying to make a commandbutton which starts snapshotviewer
Now I like that the snapshotviewer also opens a file.

I put this command in the event properties but it not opens the file.
stAppName = "\\Hermie\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Snapshot
Viewer\SNAPVIEW.EXE \\hermie\data\esc0405-new\Report materia 2.snp"

Is the syntax OK?
