I would like to be able to open the month view in calendar with the current
week at the top. It is very frustrating at the end of the month to have the
current week at the bottom and I have to change it to view upcoming events.
I don't care what happened earlier in the month. As a rule, I want to see
upcoming events. I cannot find a short cut key or setting to change this.
