I have many secretaries that have access to their bosses' inboxes or
calendars. In 2002, when you clicked FILE, OPEN, OTHER USER'S FOLDER,
it automatically opened it in another window. Then, they could open
all the necessary user's files and minimize them throughout the day.
Is there any way to make it that simple in 2003?? I know that I can do
FILE, OPEN OTHER WINDOW, then OPEN, OTHER USER'S FOLDER, but that seems
so much more cumbersome.
