Open New Edit Form

I have a main form with subforms. When viewing a current record, I want to
click a button to bring up a form to edit that particular record. I
created an EDIT button which should open a new form for editing and then
save the form changes back to the table.

My question is: Does anyone have the code to edit the current record by
opening an edit form for all the changes? The edit form is already created.
