OPEN OE AND CONNECT TO THE INTERNET

I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT IF THERE IS A WAY TO TO OPEN UP OE AND GET THE
INTERNET TO CONNECT AT THE SAME TIME OR SOMETHING SIMILAR TO THIS
FUNCTION...IS IT POSSIBLE...

The OP might have misunderstood "microsoft.public.access.gettingstarted" to
be a NG to do with access to the Internet?!
