In Office 2007 they are not installed by Default. You need to go to Control
Panel-Programs and Features, click on Office, and choose "Change". Then
select "Add or Remove Features". They can be found under Shared Features-New
and Open Microsoft Office Document Shortcuts.
Once you have installed them, do Start-All Programs-Microsoft Office,
right-click on each one, and choose Pin to Start Menu.

Any help on this for Office2010, i'm having same issue. I guess this is another nice feature Microsoft decided to remove.

can't properly use a newsgroup, how can you even possibly be able to use
