Open OneNote Web App in OneNote Desktop

I get the following message when I try to open OneNote (OneNote Web
App) in OneNote 2010 desktop.

“To open this notebook, your computer must be running a supported
version of Microsoft OneNote and a browser that supports opening files
directly from the Office Web Apps.”

OS: Windows 7 Professional
OneNote: 2010 version installed on my pc

Any suggestion?
