Open other user's Calendar button

Several of my coworkers and I have recently upgraded to office 2003. XP or
2000 had a button to open another user's calendar. Some of us have this with
the upgrade and some of us do not. Does anyone know how to get it on those
that do not. It doesn't show up on the customize menu. The one's that do
work say something like "Open Other User's Folder version 4.5" The installs
should have been identical. Thanks in advance.

Must admit to never having seen the version number after that command, on
the Outlook applications that dont have the command to open another users
folder can you confirm that they are connecting to an Exchange server. Can
you also confirm that if they went to File that Work Offline Command isn't
checked.

We are all on the same server and the work offline is not checked. Those
without the button are able to open other calendars through the "open other
user's folder" option but it is inconvenient. I tried to attach a print
screen, but it did not work. I am wondering if it is some kind of add in.

I would like to confirm if you are using exchange. If so my interest ends.
Office 2000 has a corporate mode where many users could share a common
calendar & address list. This was dropped in Office XP and above. Since some
organizations that can not afford to have and/or manage an exchange server,
that feature was helpful.
