open p7m files in outlook

Dear all,

is it possible to open p7m-files (attachments) in Outlook 2003 WITHOUT any
p7m-reader?...so is a patch for outlook available to fix this problem?

Outlook doesnt open attachments, you require the appropriate software
installed to open attachments
