Open Report Action was Cancelled

Hi,

I have an access database that resides on a Windows 2003
fileserv and is accessed on a Terminal server. One of
the users is trying to run a report that is on a form.
When they click on the report, it says "The Open Report
Action was Cancelled". I can log on from my PC with both
my user name and her user name and do not get this
message. Does anyone know why this is happening?
