Open & Save MS files from internet

I am using Windows Vista Home Basic and MS Office 2003, and I find that I
can't either open or save the documents from my emails. It says I don't have
the administor's permission, while actually I have logged in as an
administor. Can somebody help?

I think you are not reading and/or not understanding the error message
in front of you. It would help if you tell us what the error message
says exactly and completely, instead of what you think the error message
means. As a guess, see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310049 "You
receive an error message when you click a hyperlink in Outlook".
