Open/Save prompt for att in Outlook

With the prompt box that comes up when you open attachments in Outlook, the
default is Save, not Open. Is there any way to make the default Open?
I don't want to turn it off completely, but most of the time just want to
Open.

Not that I'm aware of. I think it's either only on or off.
