Tim,
You could make a macro that activates the document for you. Once the macro
made, rightclick next to a toolbar and choose customize. Choose the category
macro's on your left (on the second tab), drag your macro to the toolbar of
your choice.
But also consider using a little known feature of Word the work menu, see
