Open Visio 2002 Problem

Dear all,

I am using Windows XP SP2, Visio 2002.

When I open Visio 2002, it shows

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Visio10\visio.exe
abnormal program termination

and the Visio is quit.

What can I do to make run Visio again?

I have tried uninstall it and install Visio2002 and still fail.
