Open Web Problem in FP2000

I should be able to open my web site with the "Open Web"
feature but I keep getting the same error message "The
folder http://www.jbsnet.com/help/index.htm isn't
accessible. The folder may be located on an unavailable
volume or protected with a password" First my web site is
working fine; but I am trying to set permissions on the
help/index.htm portion of the sub web. Note: I tried
typing in other known web site addresses and I get the
same error message, so this leads me to believe I might
having other internal problems. The techs running my
server made sure the FP extensions where OK.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jerry
I am running W2kpro on my system.

The folder "http://Website" isn't accessible. The folder may be located on
an unavailable volume or protected with a password.

You might also consider the free "Jimco Open Web" addin from
www.jimcoaddins.com which bypasses the web folders.
