When I try to open Word documents from the Open window,
Word freezes. I then have to shut down the program (by
CTRL+ALT+DEL), then restart it. Once I restart Word, the
problem no longer happens.
I am trying to access a network folder (where Word is the
only program having any troubles accessing the folder). I
have tried un-installing and re-installing Office; this
didn't stop the problem though.
Any ideas why this would happen?
